A rental contract will be emailed to the email address used at booking. It must be completed and signed before pickup. No exceptions.
Trailer pickup is in Calmar, Alberta, or at another location arranged with the office in advance.
All trailers require a standard 2-5/16-inch ball hitch. Confirm your vehicle is properly rated and equipped to tow.
Deposit refunds take 3–5 business days to return to the card used at booking. All receipts are sent electronically.

How do I book and pay?

Do I have to sign a rental contract?
Yes. A contract is emailed to the email address entered during booking. It must be completed and signed before pickup, without exception.
How long does a deposit refund take?
Deposit returns take 3–5 business days to be credited back to the same card used when booking.
Can I pick up or drop off outside normal business hours?
We offer 24/7 pickup and drop-off. Follow the instructions and any terms provided when your booking is confirmed.
What size hitch do I need?
All Iron Rein trailers require a standard 2-5/16-inch ball hitch. You also need a properly rated tow vehicle and compatible electrical connection.
